This program was for trainees and faculty in the ImmunoEngineering NSERC CREATE Trainee Program (ImmunoE) at UBC. Tailored for this group, the program includes a series of three individual coaching sessions for up to 8 participants, plus three webinars on relevant topics to facilitate coaching: goal-setting, cultivating strengths, and "ask the coach".

Career Coaching Program
One-on-one coaching can be a valuable way to enhance performance and contribute to personal and professional growth. This comprehensive coaching program delivers one-on-one coaching sessions for up to 8 selected participants, supplemented by a webinar series open to the entire team or community. The three webinars are open to the entire ImmunoE community, regardless of their participation in the coaching program.
