PMP/CAPM Study Group
This is a virtual gathering of those starting or mid-way on their PMP® or CAPM® studies, and is open to anyone. I hope that others who have recently completed their PMP/CAPM will join in to share their own lessons learned. This is not a PMP/CAPM exam preparation session, but a collegial meet-up to connect people who are working towards their PMP with others on the same path to share tips-and-tricks, strategies, what works and what doesn't, and encouragement and collaboration towards success for all.

Learning Circle on Start With Why
A learning circle is a group or community of people learning together, with and from each other. It is a peer-supported, mentor-facilitated virtual/remote study group, focusing on a specific topic and/or goal. Unlike a class or lecture series, the learning circle builds on the diversity of the circle's participants to harness their collective knowledge and experience, enhancing learning and professional development and growing purposeful and inclusive networks. Each circle runs for three-five sessions, every 2-3 weeks. The timing of the sessions will depend on participant availability.
The next Learning Circle will launch the fall. This time, we'll talk about Start With Why by Simon Sinek. The book explores the concept of the "Golden Circle" - the concentric what, how, and why of work - and its impact on leadership, decision-making, and communication. The book argues that the most successful leaders and organizations are those that start with a clear purpose, cause, or belief (their “why”) and then build their message and actions around it. There are also lessons here for individual development through establishing priorities and principles for one's own work and life.
Registration will be capped at 10 people. Fee is $50 for the series (book not included). Click below to register.
