Introduction to Project Management series
This webinar series covers definitions for basic project management terminology, as well as the project life cycle (initiation, planning, executing, controlling and monitoring, and closing) and several project management knowledge areas (risk, scope, quality, stakeholders). The material also covers project execution and metrics, project change, and project closing. No prior experience required – for to those new to project management, or who are looking to learn or update their project management knowledge.

Intermediate Project Management series
This series focuses on three of the more complex elements of project planning – time, cost, and team. We look at the elements of building a schedule for a project, budget development and cost management principles, and the essential elements of an effective project team. While not required, completion of the Introduction series is recommended, especially for those new to project management. This series may also be of interest for those looking update or refresh their project management knowledge.

mohawk college - research administration certificate
In association with CARA (Canadian Association of Research Administrators), Mohawk College is offering a certificate in Research Administration through their Continuing Education Department in the Faculty of Business. I'll be delivering two of the six courses:
- Research Project Management - course begins May 2022.
- Research Ethics, Integrity and Governance - course begins January 2023.
